Gimme! Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster/retailer founded in 2000, with a thriving wholesale business and cafes in NYC and Ithaca, NY. We bring great coffee to our community, using practices that are sustainable through every step of the supply chain from farmer to customer. From the beginning, Gimme! Coffee has been a leader in the evolution of the third wave and the specialty coffee industry, and we’re constantly keeping our eyes on the horizon. We earned Roast Magazine’s Macro Roaster of the Year award in 2013 in recognition of our commitment to quality and sustainability.
